The quality control department has access to a laboratory equipped with the best technology, which is constantly upgraded with new tools and specific staff training.
Our laboratory includes:
- Tensile strenght testing machine
- Salt spray chamber
- X-ray machine
- Set of micro-hardness testing tools
- Magnatest magnetic-induction testing
- Digital system for complex optical measurements
- Optical sorting machines
The optical selection line is designed to check parts with a diameter of between 3 and 12 mm and a maximum length of 90 mm.

Thanks to our optical sorting machines, we can guarantee screw batches with defects under 50 PPM.
